Aloysius (Al)
Al is a red brindle miniature Highland bull born 8/28/22. He was born and raised here at Silvermist Highlands. His sire is Koda from Two Cow Land and Livestock in Montana.

Duck eggs
The BEST choice for baking! Duck eggs are higher in protein, which makes baked goods rise higher and taste richer. They are also a good alternative for those allergic to chicken eggs - the different protein structure in a duck egg is usually a safe alternate choice to the chicken egg.
